Dropped off the trailer on Sunday when they were closed, they open Monday check my trailer in, since on there end is a different day they now changedme $29 for a extra day when it was sitting on their lot.

First off the lady told me that I would get 30 miles for free from whatever miles I drove, then they charged me an extra day for the rental charge of $40 and an extra $14 for the safe move when I dropped the U-Haul off before I was supposed to

I had to put down a $100 cash deposit and when I returned the vehicle in another County they would not give me my $100 cash back instead they are mailing me a check my thought was if I gave them $100 cash back I should receive cash back the same day

The other issue I had was with "Wendy in Traffic" completely unprofessional, on the phone with someone else (personal call with family or friend) while she was on the phone with me. Didn't resolve my issue at all, said she couldn't find my reservation or help me. It was very very strange and unprofessional.
