- No jack! - Rear brake and signal lights did not work - we had to fix it ourselves to get it packed, etc. - Needed to buy the adapter for the electrical connection - I should have been asked about that. - THE OWNER/MANAGER, CLAYTONKIRPATRICK, AT THE PICKUP LOCATION IN OTTUMWA, IA., NEVER RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE CALLS ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS! THAT'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (FYI: THE OTHER DEALERSHIP IN OTTUMWA WAS THE SAME WAY! (southern Iowa mentality) BTW, THE DEALERSHIP IN PELLA, IA SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH TRAILERS, NOT JUST TRUCKS! (PUT PRESSURE ON THAT DUTCHMAN!)

james wThe break lights and turning signals did not work. We drove 60 miles RT to pick it up, load it, then learned nothing worked. We spend $40 on a volt meter and new wiring harness, then had to unload the trailer and drive it back to the rental location. Your trailer had bad wiring. Very unhappy.

ADRIAN RWheels on the appliance dolly were loved up we had to apply lubricants to free them up. Truck barely had gas in it when we picked it up. The battery needs replaced would barely start.

JUAN VI was moving to Muskego WI 52501 and they had me dropping off the trailer in Muskegon MI 49442. I got a nasty call from the dealer there wanting to know where the trailer was at on Monday morning. The dealer in Ottumwa IA 52501, that rented it to me rented it threw Tuesday even though I told him we would drop it off on Sunday. I was told by the dealer in Ottumwa that we could drop it off at any location near to my new place. He said they would refund me for the extra 2 days. He also told me they would refund me for the blankets when I returned the trailer. We took the blankets out of the U-haul and gave them to an employee that worked there at U-haul on Forrest Ave, Franklin WI 53132. This morning I get a call from him saying I did not return the blankets because they were not in the U-haul. I explained we took them inside and gave them to an employee. They claim they can't find them. I told them to ck. Their security cameras. I paid a lot of money and was told a lot of lies. I am 84 years old and a widow and I don't need this in my life
