I was unable to us the app as anticipated to get the key from the lock box but luckily I got there 5 minutes before the store closed. Still took a half hour in the office to get on the road. Getting in the truck was nasty. It looks like they took a wet rag and just smeared mud all over the floor I had to get clorox wipe from my wife's car to wife off the steering wheel and the dash because it was so gross. The location manager reported the vehicle stolen for being less than 4 hours late on the return day during a snow storm and also prevented me from picking up my next 3 day rental. I would not recommend renting anything from this location, as they are quite unreasonable and way over reactive. Negative five stars, and I'm not the only one he has done this to. The check in process was extremely slow and inefficient. The truck had a torn front seat, was missing flares, and worst of all, there was no snow brush; not good for a winter rental in central New York when the windshield is covered in ice. Also, gave me a red tagged "local" key for a one way rental.Ira K.

He asked me what time I was returning the trailer . I told him probably about 2 pm. After I signed the contract he said if I brought it back after 2 there would be a late charge. I thought the rental was for 24 hours. Never will go to this location againBill B.

The guy running the place is a crook I tell him I need to rent the truck for another day he charges me for it then that next day threatens to have me arrested for theft if I dont return the truck by a certain time after it was paid for for another day he should be fired. The location was busy. The communication was lacking from my experience and with other customers. I waited 20 minutes past my 12:30 time to start getting help. After I finished the paperwork the guy asked me to let him know after I had my hitch on, so he could hookup the trailer. After I let him know I waited another 20 minutes by this time I had watched customers who were after me leave with trucks. I was frustrated. I hooked up trailer made sure everything worked and left. After I left the guy called me told me I had to bring it back, if I didn't uhaul would report it stolen. By this time I am late to return to work.Roger S.

They were very difficult to work with when I had a specific pick up time and the man argued with me until I told him I was coming at the time of my reservation. The inside seating part of the truck was absolutely disgusting. My husband grabbed Clorox wipes for us to wipe down in order to tolerate driving several hours in the truck. To return the truck it wasn't accepting the location on the cell phone when we dropped it off.Ronald N.

Just pull their license. Everything about the interaction was awful. The old guy running it said a total of 5 words to me. Left me at the front counter for 15 minutes before even acknowledging I was there. He didn't even tell me half of the terms of the rental or pricing, just made me sit there awkwardly.Patrick C.

The check engine light was on in the truck when we got in. The gas wasn't at 1/4 tank like it's supposed to be. The truck was dirty and sticky there was a spilt 7/11 soda in the back of the truck. Then my account got charged for $93 for I'm really not sure which reason seeing as how we returned the truck early and put gas in it (that we've never had to do before with previous uhauls) so that way we WOULDNT get charged extra. Then I called and left a message wondering why the charges were so high and I couldn't even get a call back. This place is a scam and just wants to take your money!Shane K.

Process took way longer than it needed to, the representative would only speak to the man I brought along with me to drive the truck even though I was the account holder. Gave me the wrong dolly, and my order was not supposed to be there, they gave me a way bigger truck than needed.Kevin F.
