At any time numerous bays were out of order and could not be used to load and unload items from the storage units. The bathroom was out of order for all but 2 month of my rental period. The hours of operation are not convenient for a person on second or third shift. The staff were great and very helpful.

They had me pay to cut the lock 50.00 plus my unit fee and the 15.00 late charge. I can see locking the unit if your a month or so late but a couple of days. That's just plain rude and disrespectful.
