THOMAS L | Overall ExperienceI wasn't happy that they locked my unit. I had called and explained I was coming in to pay it. I had the unit for 8 months. And I made my payment, it was only two late. They had me pay to cut the lock 50.00 plus my unit fee and the 15.00 late charge. I can see locking the unit if your a month or so late but a couple of days. That's just plain rude and disrespectful.
Evelyn w | Overall ExperienceSince my unit was paid until May 15, and I vacated unit entirely yesterday May 3rd… I find it hard to believe that I have I’ll not be able to get a refund for the 12 days I will not be using facility. I would appreciate feedback regarding this matter. Thank you.

Davita W | Online Move InQuestions on sizes, prices, access, etc. were answered. Sign up was quick. Facilities are clean. I haven't seen the unit yet but will start moving things in this week. Location of unit is far from entrance door but they have carts for heavy items.
