1st. Van was dirty. 2nd rental was for 4 hours but was sent a text informing me it was for 2 hours only. 3rd. Website was difficult, was attempting to return rental after hours and had to use online website. Was on it attempting to load pictures for about 40mins. Then finished up. The Truck was clean and I had no problems with the truck. The Personnel were very friendly, prompt and Professional. However, I, like most people I know who rent a U-Haul are needing the equipment for moving. This location needs to have plenty of moving blankets in stock. I had reserved 24, which they did not have. And 3 of the ones I did get were dirty and/or oily and were stuffed in a dirty plastic bag.Edward B.

I wasn't able to check online so I had to cancel the reservation and make a new one. The person was very helpful and did all it had to be done for us to be able to rent the truck. We were told to drop the key in one of the 2 boxes by the door and to fill out the tank. We did. We rented it for 6 hours, but finish at 4 hours and dropped it off, now we are being charged extra because we dropped it after hours, when the business was closed and didn't do it online. Please correct that. As explained before we couldn't do it online, therefore it was all done manually, in person and with the drop box.This increased our bill for about $40 more.Yolanda R.

Have to wait for long time and the process took more time. They don't have all the requested items and they are suggesting to go different location which is 4 or 5 miles away, Requested for bigger dolly but they provided smaller one but still they charged bigger dolly price as they don't know how to change it.Bharani Kumar M.
The pick up experience was bad. The utility dolly i reserved want there. And i got a equipment dolly which was hard to use. And now i see i am charged for an additional dolly and furniture pads i didnt even useDINNU J.

Ordered a 15 foot truck MONTHS in advance. Arrive and it's NOT available! Neither was the dolly or furniture pads! I was still charged for the larger truck, dolly, and furniture pads I didn't receive! Truck was not checking in until a couple of days later! Will NEVER use this location again!Breona B.

The driver side door panel had a dead rat in it. I had to return the truck without completing my work, they did not have any other truck to supplement the same. Really pathetic situation n ridiculous. Disappointing experience.ashish P.

Points observed 1.The side rear mirror of the truck was broken 2.The gas was less than 1/4 filled. So had to fill the gas again on the way. 3.The superior just gave the truck keys and went. No one came to examine the truck for it's condition. 4. No ownershipSUJAY K.

Mobile check in took too long, almost 30 minutes. Downloaded your mobile app but it never associated my order. Mobile app account set up was very confusing and glitchy. Not very user friendly.Thomas B.

To start with, they charged me for two days even though I returned the truck on same day before 5 PM (handed keys to the manager). This is ridiculous I should say, also they made me wait 20 mins to pick up the truck saying that the manager was busy when I can see him help other people. I hope my charge discrepancy can be resolved.Meher Chaitanya D.

I went to the store pick up the truck. The store changed my reservation with 24 hours charge 2 days though I already made reservation online and paid. And telling me that's the way for truck rent when I question why. I just can't believe this from U-Haul.Yupin D.

They did not have the utility dolly I had in the reservation and gave me appliance dolly with a high price and told me that there will not be any difficulty in using them. But that was not true.
