Just moved to the area and rent vans often for events. This location is really for customers who are used to using U-Haul’s mobile app. I was able to pick up, park my car on the street and drop off late evening same day. This is the only reason I gave 4-stars. If your looking for actual customer service on-site, this is not the place for you. The office didn’t answer the phone during business hours and when picking up, no one was in the office. That said, I’ll be using this site again. Thanks

Owner changed the details to a phone pick up early in the morning which i didn't see until i got to the location. I then lost an hour trying to log in and access the 24/7 self service only to find that we weren't give a code to open the lock box. I then had to wait another hour after being passed around customer service to cancel the pick up altogeher. Overall it was a terrible experience and I lost two hours of my day.

I showed up to the location and no one was there. It was raining heavily and I had to wait 20 min for someone to show up. They didn't provide a walk through of the truck and just handed me the keys. They back of the truck was trashed and had two full garbage bags of trash I had to remove prior to using. Really unpleasant experience.

The reason I would recommend this location to a friend is because there is someone named Manu (not sure of the spelling) who is in charge of it. Mistakes were made when I checked out the truck and I was not happy. But Manu reached out to me PERSONALLY and took care of EVERYTHING. Manu was just great, so when you use this location you know you have someone there who cares and will take care of you if something goes wrong. Also a BIG shout out to Dawn at the U-Haul 800 number who also helped me and got my information to Manu just like she promised. GREAT job everyone!
