I reserved the vehicle to be picked up at 12 midnight, and when I got there there was no key. I had to pick up the vehicle the next morning at 0800, when I had to be at my new home at 0900 in SC that was 2 and a half hours away. I was late. The vehicle smelled like weed, and something sticky was on the floor. I was informed that I will get a $50 refund because there is a guarantee that wasn't honored to receive the vehicle at 12am. instead I was charged $17 for gas. When I picked up the vehicle I took a picture of the gas lever to show the maintenance guy that helped me retrieve the cells key, to show him that there was only a half of tank. The instructions state to have the same amount of gas as when I received it for drop off, and I had more. I don't understand how I was charged, when I was suppose to be refunded. I will go to another vehicle rental business from now on. This was a horrible experience.Shameria J.

It was after hours. Your website wouldn't let me check the vehicle in. I tried to call uhaul and there was a 29 min wait. I finally wrote a long note and left key in Dropbox. I stayed on hold and my calm was never answered. I called to follow up the next day and again never got my call answered.MELINDA S.

I was booked in peachtree city ga when I arrived I was informed the only one way truck was in newnan ga. I paid movers to SIT and wait for our truck an hour and and 1/2. I will never use uhaul againCRAIG C.
I was told someone would BE there at 10am so that I could pick up the truck. NO that is not correct. You KNOW that no one will be there but your employee did not tell me that. We spent an hour trying to work out how to pick up the truck. WRONG!!Carlos G.
Nearly impossible to get someone on the line if you are having issues @ Uhaul not the pick up location. The people at the pickup location know nothing about it and refers you back to UhaulSheila L.
No one available during business hours to help with check in. The website was not working properly to check my truck in so I was stuck. When I asked for help they told me to do it on my phone. Didn't love this place!Kevin W.

The location I was supposed to take the Truck back to was closed so we took it to another location only to find that all that was there was a drop box to return the key. We returned the key. When we put our information in online it asked for mileage on the truck. We had already put the key in the lockbox so we estimated it. Face to face is a better way of doing business.CHRISTIANA S.

Your UHAUL app is very poor. It is cumbersome and requires tons of data entry every time. It is a very poor product.Daniel P.

The 10 ft truck I rented had a leak in the back I pray you all fixed it because I or anyone else would be upset it out furniture or items got damaged due to waterUlisha Z.
