Emanuel GI followed the return instructions exactly as they were given to me, including parking the truck where I was told. Despite returning the vehicle as instructed and in clean condition, I was charged a $20 after-hours service fee and a $25 cleaning fee. The truck did not require cleaning, and I have already escalated this issue because I believe these charges were applied unfairly. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this location again.
