When called no one answers phones, the office is a mess, t h e trucks were not cleaned. I have rented uhaul's before and this was my worst experience.ARISELLIE C.
Called to do the rental around 12 and the girl who answered said she was about to go on lunch break. Asked when she was returning from lunch break and she said around 2 o'clock. She was the only one that could help us that day so we then did the 24/7 uhaul rental and got there around at 1 and thought that the app would be just the click of a button and it wasnt the entire process took until 1:50 and having to call customer service twice and wait on hold because my reservation that I made was not showing up on uhaul site that I had to sign up for. Had I known that it was going to take that long I would have waited for the girl to come back from her 2 hour lunch break.... it was an awful experience because it was a situation that needed to be expedited because of a situation a friend of mine was in and she needed to get out of her apartment in one day before the exboyfriend got back. We were crunched for time and this didnt make it any easier to do the 24/7 .jessica G.
Make it a little easier to maneuver the truck in and out of the lot. Not everyone feels comfortable driving in tight spaces. Other than that, it was a great experienceðŸ˜Angela F.

The truck still had trash in it and it was obvious it had not been sanitized like Uhaul stared for COVID 19. (I rented one in South Carolina a month ago and you could see and smell it had been sanitized. Plus it had a seal on the door showing it had been). The facility was dirty and even though the signs were on the door, only the clerk had a mask on. Customer service was poor. Even though she started with me , she answered the phone and proceeded to answer questions, look up information, and schedule an appointment.Caroline S.
The back floor was covered in dirt and broken glass, I didn't have a broom and I just had to put my stuff on the dirt which sucked. They were nice and had it ready last minute for me which I really appreciate as I had to move last minute! Thank youAmanda G.

I don't know whose fault was it but I go charged twice. Other than that I will most certainly rent from this spot again and again. Very stress free and all charges are fair and upfront. The whole experience was great. I didn't see any areas that need improvement at this time to be honest.Julio G.

Staff should be present. I waited in the cold for an hour outside of a locked building on able to obtain the vehicle I rented. Location is crowded, cluttered and messy. Staff needed to be tracked down by U-Haul. When they arrived, They slowly enter the building with no sense of urgency after keeping their customers waiting for over an hour. The inside of the van wreaked of cigarettes. It was clean though! The gentleman who was there when the place opened had no idea what he was doing and we, and another customer, had to wait about 40 min until the gal showed up to get things going. Once she showed, it was fast and easy.Michelle L.

We originally reserved a truck at gas plus plus but they ended up not having one available. We lost about an hour and a half of time working and it was a great inconvenience having to get it figured out and go to another location.Stephen H.

Trucks should be full and not this gauge trick your company uses. The customer always gets cheated this way. My truck was allegedly 3/8 and I ended returning it 1/2 full cause the gauge on the truck has no 3/8 configuration or line. In my book that's cheating. Also I attempted to dispute the trucks condition and when I went to upload pics it failed and when I did it again the likn expired. So I had no way to file my dispute. I feel the vehicle should be inspected with the rep and customer before it leaves the lot and when its returned to avoid any issues.julio G.

You should not judge a person's intelligence by their appearance and then have the audacity to take two hundred extra dollars off their pre paid card. On the receipt that was given says a hundred dollars was taken off but, I was notified that Lam Auto had taken three hundred dollars altogether instead of just one hundred like initially discussed.
