Update online reservation - couldn't get truck in time and no dolly was available at the store but online there were . Unless you want to be old school and go to the shop and see what they have then you'll have no problemsLuis I.

Parked out front then was asked to move truck behind building. No Uhaul signs up. Bad location. Guy was nice.Chris H.
My experience was terrible. Has nothing to do with the locations. Everything to do with uhaul customer experience. Truck was supposed to be in Burbank. Had to drive 70 miles to Lancaster for pickup 140 round trip. Agent told me read the contract. Ordered 2 movers through uhaul. Never showed never called me. Stood me up. Had to scramble to find two people to move out . I will never use uhaul again. No help from customer service at all. Felt like if you don't like it use some one else as they collected my money ðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽCraig A.

Roxanne, who helped me, was amazing. I had had problems because my pickup location was listed as one location on my confirmation, but then changed without my knowledge at the last minute and I was not informed of the change. When I called to get the information, she was amazing. She helped get everything entered into the system, helped me walk the UHaul, had amazing customer service skills, and even compensated me for the mistake. I was very appreciative of her assistance. She completely turned the experience around.Jesse W.
