The entire rental was very nice and we had no issues with any of the equipment we rented. On the day of scheduled pick the twenty footer was not available so they offered me the 26 footer for the same price and it worked even better for me.The pick up place and the drop off place, both have professional service and they work with us according to our schedule and timely delivery service. In future if we need to rent an equipment again I definitely would like to get it from u-haul. I move from Tennessee to Florida in just two days in a flash. Thank you

Leave my pickup scheduled where it was initially. I was on the road and didn't learn about my pickup being changed until I was at the originally scheduled location. That took an hour out of my day Then, when it was changed over, the second location changed the dropoff, canceled the insurance...all screwed up
