It seemed like there was a recent computer system update before my visit that caused issues with possessing my sale. The staff worked through the issues diligently with great customer service. As someone who works in IT, it sounds like there was a bad roll out of a system update without either good user support or communication. My suggestion for improvement would be to improve your system update processes so your local distributors are not stuck trying to process sales with impatient customers.
