The lady behind the desk, (I think her name was Heather) went above and beyond the norm to complete my rental. The short story is: the power was out at the facility and together we figured out how she could use her personal tablet and tether it to her phone for internet. She successfully completed my rental which I was in desperate need of. It took a few minutes longer but I didn't have to go to another place. She could use a "pat on the back." Thank you.
