The fee to drop off the equipment at a different location is too high. I would have returned the trailer in Texas, but the additional cost would have been $135.00 more than what the single day rental fee was. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.william B.

Young man greated me and it was a fast experience. Was worried bc of how the experience went went when picking up the uhaul that drop would be long and it wasn't at all long or stressfulRachel M.
I realize this is a franchise operation, and located in a small town, but I'm frankly concerned about the operators. They are clearly 70+ years old, and unable to handle the physical demands of the site (they directed us, while we handled disconnects, etc.). I don't wish to sabotage their operation, or put their livelihood at risk. But, I think they need some help.David A.

The contract stated for me to call a certain number when I arrived. I called that number and it was for Louisiana and I was in Arkansas. They had to transfer me to another operator. I tried to do the drop off online but it would not let me go any farther than the second page. I had to call again for help. The location was not open even though the hours posted by UHaul said they were. There was a phone number on the door to call. The person answered the phone "HELLO." He was rude and not very helpful.Paul P.
This is not related to the drop off location, but to an issue with the app. When I was trying to use the app to return the trailer, it asked me to take a picture of the inside of the trailer to show it was clean. I took the picture, but when I tried to click next, it told me that I needed to take a picture. I could see the picture I took on the screen, but once I pressed the Next button, it would error out and tell me to take a picture again.Chance L.

Truck was dusty(sawmill 100 yards away), windshield was dirty, lots of confusion about truck number, which equipment, existing damage to truck. Overall, not a smooth experience on pickup.Kenneth F.
This is too small a space to say everything I would like to say. Over the past couple of years, we have needed to rent trailers from Uhaul. We have never had a good experience. From being stranded on side of road for 14 hours with s flat, to not being able to get door open, and finally having to redo wiring on trailer before we could leave lot because it was on trailer that had tires that would make the trip. Thank goodness I won't have to deal with this company again.Ira R.

There should be someone at location who can make decisions on how to correct charges/correct errors and answer questions regarding equipment malfunctions, it was the only U-Haul location I could get to & when charge/hold was in question, â€œhe's out of townâ€ was response I continued to get.Amy G.

The owner gave us the wrong trailer we had to call someone on the phone to pay for it . When we went to turn it it that man was the one that said the trailer number didn't match up. The AT hauler was clean and in good order. I checked the tightness of all the luge nuts. All good. One tire was down 5 psi. below the others, so I aired it up to 50 like the others. Every thing worked well. Thank you. Ps: I washed it off before returning it to Haul agent.John G.
