The app sucks. It’s all or nothing and on my phone frequently froze when I was trying to take pictures. That made the check in and our experience a lot worse. You need like per-field saving and to figure out why opening the camera takes like fucking forever. And then after you take a picture freezes. I think you’re doing a bunch of stuff to compress or something but it’s not good.

Excellent customer service will rent from again
STEVEN KWebsite said sight closed at 5:30 but it was closed at 5:03. The building on outside was very run down but the owner on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. My husband was confused that the drop box was not at the main door. He wanted to leave the key in mail box but the owner had told me I would have to go to another door for key drop box. I would have not wanted to walk around there in the dark hopefully he can improve the access sidewalks soon. But again he was very helpful on the phone before rental and after rental. My friend thinks he just moved there. Very accessible location from main highway. Having a reflector for the driveway might help as it was not clearly marked I saw the trucks and turned in.

tom bWhen I reserved this vehicle online I declined the SEVEN PAGES of add-ons including SAFE MOVE. My husband picked up and returned the truck. I later when I looked at the receipt we WERE CHARGED for SAFE MOVE. I called the location and they said they couldn't refund it after the fact. They said they went over with my husband but he said they DID NOT. The local location said to take it up with the website.

corann wWhen I arrived, I was told the charge for the trailer was $14.99. After returning the trailer, and looking at my email receipt, I was charged 19.99 I called to protest, and was told, oh the price went up a month ago, and I forgot.
