Fired the manager get one that won't cuss you out.. and tell you this is what you get when you make a reservation two days in advance which I had made a reservation a week in advance.he was not there at office had some kid up there trying to do stuff didn't even give me a written contract or any kind of receipt and go out and check the truck or nothing very poor service

Nothing, the process of renting the uhaul was seamless. I did do most of my preregistration online through the website. So when I got to the store to pick up everything went very smoothly.

Air conditioner worked off and on. Mostly off, all of the air was blowing Through windshield defrost vents. I adjusted multiple times and it still blew through defrost vents.

I just wish there were more car trailers in this area. It seems like I always have to hunt one down. Let me know if y'all want to sell one of the full car trailers. NOT the Dolly, but the full trailers.

The right rear tire was very low on air and caused a lot of swaying. And the wiring harness was damaged at pick up and the wires were exposed due to dragging on the road on a previous rental use, causing my right turn signal toto continuously blow fuses in my truck, obviously causing me to run without my right turn signal for the majority of my trip. So I don't know how your trailers are maintained but they obviously need to do much better with maintenance

We had an additional day added in when we picked up in Brundidge AL, our paperwork stated that the uhaul was to be returned by 12:00 noon on 5/15/20 which it was then we received an email stating that our card had been charged for an additional two days. This seems extremely sketchy to me and I do not agree with these charges as they occurred after we dropped the unit off and had left.

Make sure your guys out back are willing to help hook up and un hook the trailer. Since the trailer doesn't have a jack on it (6x12) it requires you to pick it up off your hitch manually. Those trailers are not light. Two guys was out back but didn't over any assistance to me and my wife trying to get the trailer off my truck. I do work in sales and customer service and anytime I see a customer I ask if they need help I do not wait on the customer to ask me for help.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made the pick up process quick and efficient. Inspection of the vehicle showed the gas cap missing, but it was replaced immediately. The return was just as easy.

We went to Del Norte Co and the paperwork said to drop off in Colorado Springs that's a 2-3 hour drive so I left it off at Del Norte then they charged us extra??
