Trailer was full of mud, the trailer had 3 bald tires. 1 blowout on I-10 and 2 more tires replaced as well due to poor condition
Kelly SI found the desk receptionist to be unhelpful and rude. My pick up was assigned to a mobile process that was confusing and hard to navigate. She was sitting there with a computer and watched me struggle with that stupid system. Further, I was not given the code to the gate to return the vehicle and the office was closed when I returned. Luckily, someone was on site to give me the code. However, if I would have left the truck outside the secure gates, it would have been a huge problem. I will never rent from this location ever again in my life. Unhelpful and ratchet.

JOVONDI WThe lights were not working, so we were told to switch to another at the same pickup location. We tried 2 others and none of the lights worked. So we kept the same one and called roadside service. They came out after we reached out destination. But it was a long process
