It took far too long to pick up the vehicle. The operation was disorganized, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. The overall pickup process was chaotic and inefficient

This is my fourth time using Lawrenceville Antiques for Uhaul renting within the last year. If/when I ever need to rent from Uhaul in the future, they will be my first choice. Always an excellent experience. Hands down, the best.

The location was easy to find and the staff was friendly and responsive. The extra moving supplies were unfortunately not on site at the time but they quickly got 3 out of 4 delivered quickly and all worked out great. Would recommend to be more prepared with the extra moving supplies at the pick up time. I will use this location again it was and easy in and out.

The UHUAL company reservation process is negative zero it is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a UHUAL truck … AVOID at ALL COST … it’s very unorganized

The location is a self pick up, that information was not given to me when I called to book, I should have been told and informed what I need to do. I got there and I was on phone with customer care for an hour and they were rude anyway and acting like they are just helping me because my reservation was not showing on the app.

I top-up the fuel when dropped back same as when I picked up and still I'm charged for fuel. I need to know why I'm charged for it?? This is unacceptable to me. I would like to hear from your end at your earliest. Thank you,

Main employee’s customer service was exceptional. It’d be good to tell the customer that the code they get is on the side of the truck. I was looking for the license plate.

I dropped the truck off at the parking lot, and there was no one there, but I dropped the key inside the antique furniture. The parking lot was clean.

One of the Worst U-Haul Experiences I’ve Had I booked a 3:00 PM pickup and specifically requested an in-person check-out. I showed up on time, but no one came — instead, the person called me 30 minutes late. The parking lot is full of huge potholes — honestly, I wouldn’t even drive my own car through it. When I finally got the truck, it was filthy inside and out, and the representative had a terrible attitude. It was clear they didn’t care about customer service at all. The only reason I went through with it was because I had no other option that day. If you value your time and your car, skip this location

Uhaul was dirty, has paint or something on the windshield that will not come off, the transmission was jerky at times, windshield wipers were broken Hard to navigate the pickup facility as the lot has huge potholes and is in poor repair App and website were down during dropoff. Long wait to speak to someone on the phone to find out dropoff procedure without app. Overall, super disappointed in this experience.

The truck windshield was very dirty inside and outside that we can not see clearly, The passenger side wiper blade came off during raining so we couldn’t drive this vehicle Exhaust fumes in the cabin. Check engine light came on few times. The parking lot has ditches that can easily break the shocks. When I told the owner, a Chinese man, his comments were “no Money” to fix the potholes. The rear door was very hard to raise up and pull down. I demand that FULL REFUND BE MADE and more. Very very bad experience.

I was very disappointed in my experience. The truck was filthy and the parking area dangerously unpaved. It really didn’t represent the U-Haul brand very well.

Nothing as far as my experience.They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. I do feel like the road/pavement area where the Uhual equipment are located need to be paved due from the many pot holes but just so no car or trucks gets damaged but that’s it.
