This by far was the easiest uhual pick and delivery. The mobile pickup option is pretty self explanatory, but I ran into a glitch. The young man who was working at the facility was able to quickly check me in and from his mobile device and send me on my way. I will be visiting this location again.

Trailer lights did not function appropriately and then wired hanging off of the trailer. Tail light on left side did not actuate with the left turn signal. When you activated the right hand turn signal from the vehicle both tail lights flashed. The parking lot was Pitch Black upon returns. Lighting was absent or not working. This makes backing up a small trailer even more challenging. Generally unhappy with every aspect of that.
Keith GThe trailer I rented had a flat tire with a visible nail on it. A second tire was bald and almost showing the strings. I. In addition, the left turn signal wasn't working, and there was a clear cut on the green wire underneath the trailer. After we rented it, it took us more than 3 hours to get it fixed, with the roadside assistance delaying our whole experience by over 4 hours.
