There should be a better explanation as to where to pick up the truck other than that all is well

sam KI've rented 5 trucks in the last month. Some of them were Budget Trucks and some were Uhaul. While UHaul was about 20% more expensive the UHaul experienc was well worth the slightly higher expense. My Budget experience was a total disaster. All of the trucks they rented me were not at the site when I went to pick them up. One was 10 hours late which added a ton of stress to the move and cost me a lot of money because packers were sitting around with no truck to pack. Additionally, the Uahul trucks were newer and the service was EXCELLENT while the Budget service was horrible and they made several mistakes and overcharged me twice (which took a lot of time on the phone to resolve). In the future I will only be renting from UHaul. Keep up the great work!!!!
