Everyone was very nice. However, the last couple times I reserved a rental, the equipment is always someplace other than the booked location.

Well the issue i had with U-haul the first truck would not start then I had to get a ride with someone to another location which sit me back and hour with my moving, But U-haul step up and handle the situation with no problem, Yes i would tell a friend,
