Next time a customer requests a dolly that means to put it on the truck. I was charged for a utility dolly that I truly needed but it wasn't even on the truck. I would like this charge be taken off of my account because I wasn't able to use the utility dolly it wasn't on the truck so it was never used.

I was charged for gas and for and safe move which I did not select. I have a picture where I returned the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank. I was charged $17 for gas an I drove it 28 miles in total. I would like a refund for these charges.

This is the second time we have opted to use a gas station location and the second time it seems no one has a clue how to handle a rental. No contract was presented. Our ID wasn't verified. We elected NO insurance, but it was automatically added on and already billed to us. I don't understand when I book everything online (we book regularly due to our business) and the information (like declining insurance) isn't carried over to our reservation at that location. The return process was just as disorganized. I will only book with a UHaul facility from here on out.

The store was ok since it's a gas station. The parking lot for the trailers needs some serious work for sure. I guess after coming from bigger cities they facilities are much nicer.

Overall terrible, the staff didn't know how to get me my already reserved trailer. They didn't put in your system that I returned the trailer, same day have you, and I believe I was billed as such. I had to go down there and resolve the issue myself. This was the worse experience I've had with uhaul, and I doubt I will be using this service again. I will be telling everyone about this event and that they should not use this location for their uhaul needs.

Attendant did not know how to tell if ball joint was secured properly when he took a photo inspection. He passed it but it was loose. I fixed it myself after trying to drive the car onto the trailer. He also forgot to check the lights, I had to remind him.

Horrible location. The clerk wouldn't check our equipment then charged my card 160.00 for a missing dolly that was inside the truck.

Get a jack for the 6x12 trailer, it requires two people to lift the tongue and we had to result to stacking large rocks to help get it high enough for the truck hitch.

The trailer reserved for me was sitting in mud / gravel in the rain. Quick physics lesson, things get MUCH harder to lift when there is suction between the plate the trailer is sitting on and the clumps of mud / gravel around said plate. I was provided a different trailer eventually but later was accused of not returning equipment. Apparently my trailer converted into an automobile hauler when I was assigned a different trailer (not car hauler). I wondered, how bad could it be to rent a trailer from a place with low reviews already...that was my mistake and it won't happen again.

Returned autotransporter day after pickup. They said no one there who knew how to check it in but it would be taken care of. On 6th day received a text to return trailer. I called numerous times to get it straightened out even though I was told they would call me back on 30 minutes. Per the clerk it was taken care of & I would receive a confirmation email. It's almost 2 weeks later & have not received any email.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. When I went to pick up the truck I had no paperwork to fill out he handed me the keys and told me to have a great day. He didn't check mileage he didn't check for damage he didn't check the gas hand. I wasn't offered insurance. I get a call about an hour after I leave from a gentleman named Bill, which was great customer service, and he asked me to fill out some things online So that they would have my information. Once I returned the truck the gentleman behind the counter which I believe is the person that owns the store was extremely rude tried to charge me double the amount. He became very aggressive I felt very threatened. In the hour that I have the truck and if by chance something would've happened I'm not sure who would've been held liable me or Uhaul but no one even knew I had the truck. The worst customer Service experience I've ever had. I've rented from Uhaul multiple times never with this result. I truly feel like U-Haul owes me money for the inconvenience as well as the mental anguish the store owner inflicted upon me. My account has now been hit for $110.81 yet my receipt states $103. Please feel free to call me 678-858-9517.

The cashier barely spoke English. He did not know how to check in rentals. He did not know how to print or write a receipt that he received the rental back in. We had to call Uhaul customer service to send some one out to check in the rental. They have NO business dealing with the public representing Uhaul.

Carlos (employee) was of big help however I will NEVER recommend this location or UHaul for that matter. My initial reservation was for a different location and no one contacted me the day before to inform me of this. I found out via email; that's a fail. When I arrived at the new location( listed above) the truck was FULL of trash, I have photos; another fail. Carlos contacted his sup and discussed. It was also mentioned that right next door had trucks and I asked if they were going to cover the bill, especially for my inconvenience. I contacted the original location and Sommer Price, after speaking with her reg mgr, said there wasn't anything they could do (fail) however she did call back to tell me that a truck was returned but Carlos had already dumped the trash and was filling the tank. After that Carlos scanned my card prior to issuing supplies however I did not take 24 pads but only 12 and he wrote a note on the bottom for me to show to the drop off location instead of crediting my card then, "Customer only took 12 pads and a dolly. Please fix the contract. Call Sam 404365xxxx"; fail. I drove from Newnan, GA to get this vehicle oh and a suggestion...the system should be set up to tell requestor what's available and where, instead of my experience. I understand the anomalies where equipment doesn't get returned on schedule and others however there has to be a better vetting process than this one. Absolute worst experience, also, if I am on your mailing list remove me.

No one hooked up my trailer. It was manned by a single guy who couldn't leave the store. I was given a trailer ID number and a receipt and told to go find it. Lucky for me I've hooked up a bunch of these trailers so I knew what to do but if something were to happen because the trailer wasn't connected correctly that could be a problem.

When I returned the vehicle, I took a picture of the mileage. I was charged $20 more for the mileage than I actually used. I also did not need a dolly or furniture pads, and expressed that I did not need them, and was charged for them also. Very disappointed.

Get the man some help. One guy running the show. It's a very busy corner store that offers everything, Post office, gas, convenience needs, and U-haul rental. The man was very nice but also had to attend to many customers at the same time I was signing in for my rental.

I was told I would be getting the Uhaul for the same price as the 10ft because their was not a 10ft available. But I did not, they still charged me for the 15 ft. The Uhaul had problems starting every time we stopped and turned it off.

I moved my reservation to Leon's because they open early. I arrived around 7:15 a.m. and was told by the man there that he was the only one in the store and was too busy to rent the truck to me and to come back after 8:00 a.m...I was the only customer in the store. After I left I could see him standing there behind the counter doing nothing. I came back after 8 and stood in line, because the store was now full of customers. When it was my turn he told me he could help me after he had taken care of his other customers first...Including the ones who came in after me. After the store was empty again, he finally rented me the truck. I had planned on buying breakfast and a couple gatorades there that morning, but after being treated this way I did not. I also re-fueled the truck at the BP gas station across the road rather than buy it from Leon's.

I ordered 12 blankets with my truck along with a utility dolly I was charged for both and was given a small regular dolly and 10 blankets. Then on top of everything my car was hit by one of the uhaul trucks while I was out came back I looked and took pictures and then talked to the employee and asked who used that truck showed him the pics of my car and the uhaul truck he then yelled and said it was none of his buisness and I had no witnesses and to call the cops or leave. Worst experience of my life and I just bought the car.

The drop off location was very close to our final destination , but the personal in the store knew nothing about uhaul drop off's, said he didn't know where the guy that does was at . We left the trailer as if the location was closed for the day.

I have used uhaul multiple times before this experience. This experience was the worst ever! Everytime before, an employee either walked me to a truck or atleast made sure the truck was ready to go. I had to maneuver the truck (5 point turn) to get out of the area it was parked. Then when I was dropping it off, I was told to go back to the truck and get the final mileage. Also, at no point did a representative walk around the truck to check for any damage. When I picked up the truck, I walked around it myself. The truck was covered in cracks, dings and dents. I will not use this location ever again, no will I recommend anyone else to!

This store is awful. It is a convenience store pretending to be a U Haul location. I was overcharged for my rental and charged for equipment they did not have because the person working there never bothered to look at the reservation or his inventory before billing me. He never even looked a the truck which was in horrible condition and should have never been permitted to take a one way move. I have rented equipment numerous times and this was a terrible place to use. The proprietor was preoccupied with his food business to really address my rental needs. I did not appreciate my equipment not being there. And this has happened on all three of my previous rentals and everyone of your facilities that I used your web site to procure told me the same thing. That they don't review it and that most of the time if I don't call directly all the miscellaneous equipment. IE. Blankets, dollies etc. will probably not be there and they were right. On three successive weekend one way rentals not one of your facilities gave me all the of the equipment we reserved not one and from a company standpoint and someone who depended upon your services that is just horrible customer service

My original location was on Canton Hwy of which my u-haul was being rented out when I arrived that morning. I got no notification that my location had been moved because he was finishing the transaction when I arrived and therefore I was sent to Matt Hwy of which he did not even have me in the system yet. I spent 2 hours of my moving time trying to track down me a truck of which I drove 20 min out of my way to get. I have never been so disrespected in all my 50 yrs. Then U-haul had the nerve to want to charge me for 2 days rental because I turned it in 2 hours later because of the wasted moving time I spent tracking down my truck. I will NEVER rent another u-haul as long as I live!! I DO NOT and will not ever recommend u-hual to my family and friends. You have lost generations of customers from this day forward!!

The unit was not there at my scheduled 10am pick up. We had my 82 year old Mother in the car with movers coming at 12 noon. We had to take a smaller unit, where Leon's and myself called the territory manager Stephen Mansfield 4 times with no call back. The store might have heard from him later, but we never received a call or voice mail! He called a day later and left no message, just a text with his number! The moving company Kingston Movers broke a vase and was 2 1/2 hours late as well. Whe we picked up the UHaul with 1/2 tank of gas, and then returned the UHaul with a little more than 1/2 tank of gas...the computer stated based on the miles ??? we owed another 12.84 in gas, it should be predicated on contract/gauge description how to calculate fuel. We feel we deserve some type of credit to our charges in return via my debit card. Nevertheless, it was disappointing in the effort of the pick up location and manager of UHaul and movers to accompany our late on everything!
