The store was okay but the customer service was pretty bad at pick-up with a really rude man. I needed to extend my rental by one additional day. I did a chat with uhaul and they quoted me a higher rate than I thought I originally paid but they were charging me for insurance. I told the agent I didnt want the insurance and on my reservation I stated I didnt want insurance and my quote was without insurance. Come to find out the store added the insurance without my consent. I wonder if they make some sort of commission by adding the insurance. The agent for uhaul said I had to file a dispute since the truck was already dispatched. When I returned the truck the lady at the counter refused to inspect the vehicle. She wrote my name on a piece of paper and said the owner would look at the truck tomorrow. That was yesterday afternoon and still haven't heard back.

The only issue I had was I tried to reserve a 26' truck but none seemed available. When I went to pick up a 20' truck there were 2 26' ones in the lot and available. The shwe quickly rebooked me for the desired size and I was on my way. The issue is when reserving on the website it is unclear what truck sizes are actually physically available.

crystal gI thought that all of the fees were outrageous! $15 here, another $20 there, mileage fee, insurance. The 15 footer only got about 5 miles/ gallon. It needs a tune up. The person who helped me was kind and considerate
IMO TCheaper to go with enterprise. I feelbi was misled on the mileage policy/ estimate.

BRADLEY HThe only concern i have is we were 45 minutes over our return time, i called to let them know and instead of charging for an hourly rate, for the actual 45 minutes over, they chose to charge us for an entire 24 hours no consideration. I will not recommend them again. Very disappointed.

THEODORE TLocation was moved because the preferred spot didn't have the truck I needed. I ordered 3 dozen pads but was given 3 bags which each only held 6 pads.
