the older Asian man was rude and didn't speak English clear enough to understand. He said fuel is 38. I said what do you mean and looked at the screen and could see he was referring to 3/8 of a tank of gas in the van. i said oh, you mean 3/8 of tank of fuel! He gets snotty and says do you want to rent this van or not?? What an ass, never again will i rent or enter that store again!!!randall S.

The truck was extremely old. I couldn't even move the driver's seat up to safely reach the pedals. I was told if I didn't clean it I would be charged a min of $20 yet there were chips all over the floor from a previous renter. The man I returned the truck to was rude. Not a pleasant moving experience...Lita P.

NEVER charge more than a month past the rental without FIRST contacting the renter. In this case, I was charged extra mileage for a nominal amount. I had already followed up on this return when Lewisville One Stop was open and all was well. I have NO idea where this mileage charge came from. It was such a small amount that I could have missed it, but I saw the charge on my online bank transactions. How did the return place even have access to my card info to make this charge when uhaul.com tells me that no payment info is on file. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME!!! The actual return after hours was fine, but this mileage thing was uncool! The rental was 6-20-20 and I was charged 8-1-20.Ramona H.

I disappointed that Uhaul changed my pick up location to further away from my house and then wanted to charge me for the extra miles, but the drop off place credited me back when I complained. The equipment was excellent.Dennis Michael C.

The hours. If they were expanded that would be better. As far as U-Haul in general the app should allow you to upload photo my photo was taken prior to returning truck and could not be uploaded since keys were already returned. That feature should be added.Jeanie B.

Never ever chew out a customer, they will no longer be a customer at your store. Either charge a cleaning fee, or ask the renter to go clean out the uhaul. Never chew there butt!!!! Lost my business and everyone I tell this story too.Barri H.

I returned the unit withe the same amount of gas as I got it in. The low life behind the counter charged me for 9 gallons of gas. I drove 15 miles so I put 3 gallons in. He is a scam artisttravis H.

Poor customer service at this location. We had difficulty with the door raising up and not being able to lower it. Called to request another truck. They said yes. We drove there and they refused to honor their word. As you know, on moving day that is one unneeded stress. Will not use them again.Renee L.
The U-Haul service rep here was very kind. He encouraged me to triple check everything next time before completing the contract. I was very fortunate that he believed me and did not charge me for items I didn't have in the first place.Kara G.

Fix your web site. It's too time consuming and awkward and a little frustrating to use. It's better to just show up to rent a truck. It's also time consuming and awkward for your agent. The people at this location are supurb and I've always had great service and great vehicles to rent here.Mark S.

When I was settling the $ amount, I mentioned drove 11 miles and you are charging me for 2.5 gal. That's not reasonable. The man believe owner of store, said it's the computer I can't adjust. He became upset with me because I questioned him. Said I only make $4.00, more than once, I said that's between you and U Haul. Said you will have to call U Haul . Renting equipment - Exceptional customer service. Very helpful with instructions and making sure we understood how to properly hook up the trailer. teach them how to hitch up by crossing the the chains to help cradling the hitch from a possible chance of an accident and tighten the ball. and they had a older dog pet in a store and was not a service dog.Renay R.
The owners could barely communicate in very broken English, which I have a hard time understanding thick Asian accents on a good day, but then they didn't know half the words they wanted to use. Upon checkin, they charged me an extra 2 gallons of gas because the "Gas was low", even though I had JUST gotten back from the gas station and filled it to exactly where the needle was when I picked up the truck. I didn't bother niggle-picking over the "3/8" mark on the sheet as there was no mark for "Just under 3/8", but they sure took advantage of that, and charged me.Scott T.
