Keep doing what you are doing. The first agent I dealt with did an excellent job of explaining the financial aspects and helped me with taking and storing the pictures of the truck I rented. I dealt with a different agent when I returned the truck and she was impatient and changed the directions several times. However, these were small glitches in an otherwise excellent experience.
