I was so impressed by the help and kindness that I received from the employees at the Warner Robins Ga, Marshallville Ga and Santa Ana Ca locations, where I picked up and dropped off our truck and Trailer. The truck was new with only 4 thousand miles on it and both the truck and trailer got us cross country without any issues or incidents. I will absolutely recommend Uhaul to my family, friends and acquaintances. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that I returned the trailer 4 days before the due date and I was not reimbursed for the $17 dollars a day insurance, that I purchased for the full 8 days on the trailer.DENISE L.

First pick up location was horrible m. No personnel and equipment was blocked: Mama Bees Car Wash, Ft Valley. Had to drive 20 min after waiting 30 min which put me about an hour behind on a tight schedule. Was promised a $50 credit but it was never applied to my charges! Place is located inside the auto detailing shop. Personnel were friendly but not helpful. I needed a help to drop the vehicle trailer off. Muddy car wash place, we were told just to leave the key and the receipt would be emailed, and then we were hit with a $25 gas surcharge, even though I feel that the gas indicator was exactly where it was when I picked up the vehicle. These things are very hard to read, it would be better just to always provide a vehicle with a full tank to avoid such issues.UTE V.
This location was very unsupportative. Didn't know how to attach tow dolly and or car. Was told there was a video to watch to attach I had to call someone from main office to assist me. I paid in full then was traveling and learned they charged my card for something else out of nowhereJocelyn R.
Really it was the process before I picked up the trailer. I reserved a trailer in Warner robins ga and then got a text that it was changed to Cochran Georgia for pick up. Its about 15 miles away from here. So I drive there to pick it and it was the wrong address. So I call there location and spoke to them. I ask where they were locate at and if the car trailer was ready. She told me they only had a car dolly available. So I said that's not what reserved and will not work. Then uhaul found another trailer in Warner robins. So I had to drive all they back to where I started at and all this made me late for my appointment.francis M.

The equipment that I requested included a 26' truck, 2 hand trucks, and a dozen wrappers for furniture. What I got was a 20' truck. Nothing else. Further more the truck only had a quarter of a tank. Price was reduced in the end however, drastic changes needed to be made to my moving schedule to accommodate the loss of space and equipment.Wilhemina K.

I was returning at night and this location is very difficult to find because there is NO signage. I still don't know if the return was properly done. There was no dedicated key drop off so I had to put it in the mail slot.Andrew S.
I reserved my trailer for my move 2 months in advance. The day beforehand I get a pickup location change. Then another, then another. When the final location was sent , it was a 130 mile round trip. I was not able to pick it up until in the afternoon . This delayed us farther. Why even have a reservation system?Wayne K.

There was no signals to find the location I past by it four times wasted time and was late picking up the truck. The people was working with lots of water out in front of the building washing cars and that made the place look unkept. They do not have a U-haul drop box for the keys. No instruction or signs as to what to do when dropping off the truck. I had to throw in the key thru a door opening they had and left the truck parked in front of their business.Katia R.

Nobody was there to return the trailer at the uhaul. Only three people that clean the cars up. I talk to all three people and they all said to just drop the trailer and leave. I called UHaul the day before I was supposed to pick my truck up. I was told by at least 4 people over the phone that there was not a 26 foot truck within 50 miles of me. UHaul suggested I drive over an hour one way to get a truck. Finally after being on the phone multiple times all day, UHaul said there was a 26 foot truck at this location. When I pulled into the location, there were two 26 foot truck, a 15 foot truck, and a 10 foot truck. Yet I had been told on the phone multiple times that these trucks were not within 50 miles of me all day.Meghan B.
Reserved a 26 ft truck and car hauler. Upon arrival on the date of pickup there was no truck. Had to go get the truck at another location. I don't believe this is the fault of the facility but the fault of U haul. Rented the auto transport alone. After getting to my destination to load the vehicle I noticed the trailer was not tightened to the hitch and the driver's side fender was not secured. If I had of attempted to load the vehicle without double checking the trailer would have lifted off of the hitch.Timothy A.

Very unprofessional! Terrible customer service! The guy checking me out with the truck at the location was intoxicated. ( High as a kite) Took an hour to get it done, and was charged multiple times on my credit card. When I called the owner Mr Lighting about the incident he just laughed about it, and told me to call his Area manager Josh. I called and left a message. You have to driver over a dirt area out back just to park the truck. All they wanted was the keys, no hey who was your trip, any problems, nothing. Today I received my final bill. I knew I was going to run over a few miles because I couldn't get the size truck I needed any closer to where I was going to fill it up at. The worse thing is I got a charge for $20.00 for 4 gallons of gas. I stopped within 3 miles of the drop off location and put the required gas to get it back to the 1/2 tank mark. Someone at this location either did not look at the gauge or someone pocketed the money for the extra gas that did not need to be put in the tank. When I filled it up, I made sure I had it at the 1/2 tank and a little above before I drove it to the drop off location. Someone from uhaul needs to call me as soon as possible about this. I had no issues with the truck or any other problems until this gas situation.Max F.
