I dropped the keys off Monday around 7pm. The hours listed said 24hrs, so there was no way for me to know if that was "after hours". There was no one there so I called the number and he told me to just drop off the keys and check out with the app. I explained I didn't have the app, I went into a u-haul office to rent the truck. He told me just drop the keys off and he would check it in when he got back. He checked it in the next day, adding an extra day onto my charge, and charged me $75 for "cleaning". I took the time to clean it before returning it. Moving is hard enough without being swindled.

MICHAEL BThe location support was phenomenal. The corporate support was horrible. I had a 26 foot that I worked for days to secure at that location, hard to do. When I arrived the local support said the truck had hit a bollard, there was a dent/tear on the side down low but the local manager had verified the truck was sound and up to me if I felt comfortable. I agreed. Then corporate would not release the truck. I was at a remote location with movers ready to get all of my furniture in the 26 foot and UHAUL did not care at all. My time, the movers time. The local support scrambled to offer me the SOLE other moving van they had, a 20 foot. Which I knew would not fit all. This is a 3 hour one way drive, 6 hours round trip and to now have to make 2 trips was impossible to have to pay that additional expense and have the movers available. I ended up having to rent a trailer and haul with my personal vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE. AND not one discount. No concession. NO apology. The local agents apologized profusely. I Should get a discount.
