Everyone was very nice, polite, personable and helpful. He checked the trailer hook up to make sure it was correct, and then checked the blinkers and stop lights. I felt very safe when leaving. This location is ALWAYS efficient and professional. They go beyond to take care of a customer. My complaint is to and about corporate office. I have rented 2 times in 2 weeks. Both times the unit I rented has not been available upon arrival. I did not receive notification from your call center either time. The local distributor was able to work out a solution BUT this should have been resolved by the reservation center before I arrived. Terrible customer service on Corporates part not the local site.Thomas D.

Very disappointed! Truck had 149,088 miles on it. Roughest ride I have ever had. It took 60 gallons on gas to drive 392 miles. That's about 6.5 miles to the gallon. cost approximately $110 at $1.79 a gallon. Truck needs to be retired.Thomas L.

Turned the truck in on a Sunday. Was told if I turned it in online, it would save me a $20 fee on Monday. The U-haul website WOULD NOT let me return online. Wouldn't recognize my location, no matter how many times I tried. Cost me an extra $20. Not happy about that!Benjamin W.

Takes me an hour to check in online which is supposed to be faster but before you can check in uhaul has to call someone to verify who you are.. the wrong dolly was in the truck. and I get charged for 2 periods when I didn't even have the truck 12 hours. on the app I state I shouldn't be charged I get a message that someone will call within 48 hours and of course that doesn't happen. Worst uhaul experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ROGER F.

The furniture dollys I had rented were not there and left me in a difficult situation moving. The representative did not even inspect my trailer with me via the photos on the app - he hooked up the trailer and walked off. I had to check lights myself and conduct the pre check alone.Matthew G.

The people are friendly. There was no left turn signal. A broken piece of metal inside. It was more of hook it up and get going rather than safety. I needed to leave to pack so I took it. The trailer was not well maintained. It worked though and I made the 500+ mile trip.Carl R.
