Chris SWe were unhappy that the place in Galena no longer had U-Haul. Your East Dubuque location recommended we use the location we did as they would have the truck for sure. While it added several miles we were pleased and the truck was amazingly clean.
greg aI have rented from this facility before and never had issues until now. I have to admit that I'm a tightwad with my finances so I never pickup protection with my rentals but I notice a "safe protection" charge. Which I never clicked on. So this facility on Roosevelt in Dubuque I personally will never do business with.
