Well the guy at the store was awesome ! He was nice and friendly! But the people on the 800 number were dog shit ... they lie hang up on me and cancel my truck ... I mean the experience was dog shit and I escalated to have a manager call me and y'all sent an email but no one ever got back to me because y'all really don't give a fuck ! It's obvious that customer service is your LEAST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF YOUR BUSINESS! Sooo all I can say is y'all suck the big one and I can't even explain how rude the woman on the phone was a real piece of trash ðŸ—‘Jeffrey D.

Older truck, somewhat run down. Rubber trim around windshield was coming off. Bad cigarette odor, had to keep the windows rolled partially down, despite the hot weather. I paid for 3 dozen blankets, but there were only 19 available. Was still charged for 3 dozen. I should get a refund!!!!! Also, had difficulty with early check in. Reservation was not set up for uhaul share. Delayed getting the truck. On returning the truck, the man checking me/truck out was quite friendly and helpful.GARY B.

I returned the equipment 2.3 hours late and was charged an extra day for the late return, I have rented from Uhaul many times over the years and have NEVER been charged for being late. Maybe it was the lack of available trailers that prompted the RUDE and uncompromising treatment by the staff. She did not even entertain WHY I was late, didn't bother to ask as it seemed more about teaching me a financial lesson on how to be on time. The line at the dump was long, the material being dumped required PPE gear, and I washed the trailer before returning it. I wrote this locations first YELP review and gave them a 1 star for their rude and unacceptable behavior which left me very upset and questioning whether I will continue to use Uhaul or choose a different provider such as Home Depot. The Line X dealer was very helpful, prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, Line X was our alternate pickup location. The primary location, Roseville, CA, did not have our trailer on site at the appointed pick up time, which was reserved 6 weeks in advance. Further, Roseville had us wait in line, complete all paperwork, pay the charges and only then did they determine they did not have our trailer on site. This wasted hours of our time and forced us to travel an hour to Line X to get a trailer. Dealers should check their inventory every morning against reservations and call customers to let them know if they don't have the equipment ready to go. Roseville did work to find us a trailer at Line X.Jacquelyn B.

When I initially made the reservation, it confirmed pick up of the truck 10 minutes away. Then I got a text the next day saying I'd have to drive an hour to pick up a truck. Um no. I canceled. Got back on and asked for a smaller truck. Okay, got one 10 minutes away. Thankfully you taught me to mistrust that so I called the location. Nope, they won't have a truck. Ended up several calls later having to drive 30 minutes to pick up. Not a pleasant reservation experience AT ALL. Customer service at the locations were good.Jeannie S.

The employees are amazing,while the business itself is well below par. They tried to charge me for 3 days (on a totally different charge than my original deposit and the actual amount). I called and even the employees were confused why it happened. They were fantastic at fixing the charge immediately. I got my refund the same day I called. Thank goodness you have great employees.
