Missing connector for lights, had to take trailer to another uhaul location for wiring by the request of the pick up location

No moving blankets available. The gentleman was very nice and the location is new for offering UHaul but there were no packing supplies available. That may be ok for drop offs but not someone moving. Lost sales for UHaul.
