The person that was in the store at the time could not process the rental. She had to call her boss who was home or somewhere else, and he was trying to do it on his computer system. Had a doing it as the system froze up. I had to call U-Haul National to try to get some help while I sat there and waited. I spent nearly an hour trying to pick up my truck that evening. This management and location is not doing U-Haul any favors for the reputation.

Jamie RIt was an easy drop off. The worst part was the area where trucks are parked has a retaining wall, so it’s hard to get pictures of the front of the vehicle if you are pulled forward enough to not have the back blocking the driving lane.
