VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT GO OVER A CHECKLIST WITH ME, DIDN'T EVEN GREET ME WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person that was in the store at the time could not process the rental. She had to call her boss who was home or somewhere else, and he was trying to do it on his computer system. Had a doing it as the system froze up. I had to call U-Haul National to try to get some help while I sat there and waited. I spent nearly an hour trying to pick up my truck that evening. This management and location is not doing U-Haul any favors for the reputation.
MICHAEL FI paid for a dolly and didn’t get one
Hannah BHe took too long to confirm the drop off in the system. Customers don’t like that they want to confirm drop off so they can be done with the move onto the next thing.
