How U-Haul Reviews WorkHe took too long to confirm the drop off in the system. Customers don’t like that they want to confirm drop off so they can be done with the move onto the next thing.
BRITT HMy truck had roaches
Jamie RIt was an easy drop off. The worst part was the area where trucks are parked has a retaining wall, so it’s hard to get pictures of the front of the vehicle if you are pulled forward enough to not have the back blocking the driving lane.
