The lady working the desk was extremely busy. That's not a problem, but she didn't seem to know anything about the U-Haul business. Her English was limited. Made it tough.

This place was a disaster. It was disorganized and it took nearly 45 minutes for me to get the equipment despite checking in online. Additionally, my pock up location changed twice in 24 hours. I received an email with one location and a text with a different location. The process was generally very confusing.

The tow dolly was improperly hooked up and we could of lost the car, not to mention what a hung accident it would of caused. We had to sit and wait a couple hours for a uhaul tow truck to come a fix the car hookup. After that everything was great.

The person handling the rental was very personable but the number of customers made for an extended wait. The recent snow and rain meant that the trucks were in a muddy area and the parking lot leading to the trucks had large water-filled potholes. The truck we were originally scheduled to pick up had been returned the night before with a wet, muddy cargo area. Fortunately, an alternate truck was available which Transportation was able to change the reservation.

The people were friendly. Pick up was quick. This wasn't the location I was supposed to pick up, however. It was 40 miles out of the way.

When checking in there was a lady at the counter that spoke very poor English, communication was poor. When checking truck back in, there was a man working, so being a liquor store, he was busy and could not check it back in, said he would do it later and charge my card accordingly. Not proper way to handle things.

The proprietor had much difficulty in getting the computer data entered. In the meantime, low life customers were coming and going, and a drunk sat outside staring at our car the whole time. This must be about the worst place you could have a U-Haul franchise at.

I had arranged for a larger container and even thought I had confirmed it with the owners the day before. But when we got there on time the container was just rented out and they acted like it was me who already rented it out. We decided to take the smaller one and what felt like forever we were finally on our way.

Returned with exactly same amount of gas I started with and charged me $4 a gallon and charged me for 3 gallons.. next time I'll take a picture of the gas gauges

Have all the extras requested by the customer, or have the website say that those items are not available at that location. Have the computer work and not lock out your people! It took over an hour to pick up the trailer because the Uhaul site kept locking the worker out. I have to call 2 times. This is a reflection on Uhaul NOT this location. I think money refunded for our troubles should apply from Uhaul.

The owner did not have internet at the business. He had to use my phone to log into his account to then charge me $308.00. The floor of the trailer was sticky and smelled horrible. The building was what you would call a shithole. It took me close to an hour to get the trailer.

It was a liquor store and U'Haul rental was an afterthought. In the middle of getting my truck I had to wait for people to get soda in a drive through and lottery tickets at the counter. It took way too long and he didn't even inspect the truck with me. Plus the guy provided me with some bad information on the phone and the express checkout didn't work. Also he had me getting a dolly which I didn't order. Bad experience

I went and put OVER 3/8 of gas in the truck to ensure I left the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up and the gentleman charged me an additional 19.80. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

The back door to the U-Haul was broken the guy never went out there and checked it before I rented it to me I opened it one time went to close it and it wouldn't close so he tried to blame that on me saying it was my fault and I broke the door I did not break the door he never went out and check the U-Haul when he rented it to me so how does he not know it wasn't broken before he gave it to me cuz he never went out there and checked it

Person at location took 30 to 40 minutes to process the payment. She had to call her manager (husband) to come up to complete transaction. Could barely understand her. She kept asking me information over and over again. I was afraid she was charging me multiple times. She became rude and speaking in a different language so I could not understand what she was saying. On a side note, while we were waiting, a "customer" came in, went to the side where the register was, handed her cash, and he put something down the front of his pants.

This location is terrible and the uhaul service should be discontinued for this location. It took me 45 minutes to pickup the truck when I was the only customer in the store. The lady who greeted me did not know how to proceed with the rental, and had to read out the instructions to another person on the phone, page by page, line by line. This is not acceptable. This process should not have taken longer than 5 minutes, especially when I have completed the booking online and filled all the information. I was late to moving and had to pay my movers extra. Please please please remove the uhaul service from this location.
