Customer service was excellent. Extremely fast and easy. Really easy to drop off. Didn’t even have to go inside. He came right out as I was pulling up.

RICHARD CNot the locations fault but as I was trying to book the rental the price jumped 40$ and I was forced to pay more. Not happy but I guess if you need a trailer in a pinch they know how to extort for more money.

Stan SNo one was around when I dropped off the trailer at 7:45 AM. The gate was left wide open so I closed it when I left.
Joe JI would recommend but would also caution friends about return disconnect. When I picked up the equipment I used the return anywhere option. When I tried I was turned away twice and sent to a third location. Frustrating! U-Haul said the would charge me a couple hundred dollars to return the equipment. After talking to the customer service they did not charge me.
