When I first booked a uhaul, I booked for a specific location that was close to where I was picking things up. You guys called me and told me that yall changed the pick up location to a uhaul “8 miles “ down the road (it was an additional 40 minutes). When we got there, the location wasn’t open or answering phones. We were there for an hour. I tried to contact you guys through the help chat and the agent said I had to call in. I use the number she gave me and it doesn’t work. I ask her for another one and then I’m on hold for another 30 minutes. By this time we canceled the U-Haul on our end and booked a different place. When an agent was finally on the line, she said she couldn’t help me because she only works in the west San Antonio area (why would yall allow her to answer the phone if she wasn’t able to help me). So we go to the new location that we booked through and when I try to checkout, it says I have an outstanding issue. I call you guys and I’m on hold for another 40 minutes just for the agent to say it has to do with someone who is not me so she eventually took the warning off so I could pick up my U-Haul. Overall worse experience I’ve ever had with you guys, and I will be looking for a different company to use in the future.
