I would recommend but would also caution friends about return disconnect. When I picked up the equipment I used the return anywhere option. When I tried I was turned away twice and sent to a third location. Frustrating! U-Haul said the would charge me a couple hundred dollars to return the equipment. After talking to the customer service they did not charge me.
