Because of the equipment being split and two separate contracts uhauls system gave them an issue checking in. As by email yesterday two weeks after returning equipment uhaul sent text asking me when I would be returning. Hopefully got it straightened out nowNEWELL T.

The rental truck 20' was not there I had to rent two trucks in order to move, I called customer service wait for an hour on the phone spoke to an agent and told me he can not help me given me credit for Uhaul not having the right truck. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor said that they are going to put a claim for credit for the second truck. I hope I can see some credit for the second 10' truck. The biggest problem with this location was the computer issues the staff had to deal with to get the truck rented to us. It took over an hour to get rolling. Apparently the software had changed; I'm not sure but they had to call for support. Because I was already late, I was not able to complete the truck assessment correctly. There was damage to the box that I took a picture of before I was in the assessment, but could not upload b/c it only accepted camera input. There was also no place to input interior damage; there was a cigarette burn in the driver's seat, but no place to note that. I was frustrated with the process, but not because of the location.Liz B.

Our reservation was given to someone else who could have had access to our payment information. Luckily, I received a text update for return and caught the problem quickly. I also paid for a furniture dolly, but did not receive one as there was no dolly available.Julie A.

Very nice people - I actually got there within 2 minutes of closing (had no idea because from out of town obviously) and they took time to explain everything I needed to know about after hours drop off. If a customer returns a truck dirty in the cab and the back area, the new customer should not have to sweep it out (mud and all), and clean the cab before driving it.ALLEN H.
I was told they would have the larger cargo trailer there this morning and when I arrived they did not have the trailer. I got a smaller trailer and will have to spend another Saturday driving 5.5 hours round trip to get the remaking items that wouldn't fit in the smaller trailer. Derick, I don't think even went to check to see if they had any on the lot at the time I spoke with him. No way would I recommend anyone relying on this location. The two employees who were there today offered little apology. Just absolutely the wrong way to start out an already stressful day. The Napa store was old and the employees were complaining about how the internet is slow and doesn't work well. I could not reserve the trailer because that location did not come up on the internet And when I called to tell derick, he told me before I could get it out of my mouth. So why did he suggest reserving it online if he knew it wasn't going to work. But again he assured me they have serval out on the lot and I would have one this morning when I arrived. I can not tell you how upset this was for me.Kim R.

Check wipers on trucks. Truck used almost $500 dollars in fuel. It's not llano yard! I feel I made a bad choice by using u-haul truck. Was held up by given wrong tow dolly. Set me back about 2hrs. Drop off was not clear. Recieved text for drop off location then recieved call to drop off at different location. I spent over 1500 dollars just for my first of 4 trips to move. I believe I'll be looking into penskie or Ryder's trucks. Not pleased at all. And this was just using 15 ft truck.MICHAEL M.

The Llano location was a joke, the guy checking us out didn't even know how to work the system he had to call his rep to check us out. He took 2 personal cell phone calls from his wife while "trying" to check us out. He couldn't even put the trailer on our truck himself. We never received a receipt for our rental and he couldn't even tell us the amount that was charged on our card. Checkout took 45 mins and the employees were rude. All in all I would NEVER recommend this location.Cynthia M.

Although I had a confirmed online reservation the trailer was not there. Took 70 mins to find one 40 minutes away and secure it. Addednover three hours to my day to go out of my way to pick up what was supposed to be ready for me. Why even make a reservation when it does not mean anything. I was moving a car 240 miles and almost drove all the way to Llano for nothing. Systems were a mess as well once I got down there. The inside of the truck and the loading ramp had not been swept out. I was charged a $20- cleaning fee upon return of the vehicle despite it being in the same condition. After 12hrs of moving, it did slip my mind to clean up someone else's mess. Hopefully, the feedback to U-Haul will result in a credit.Troy P.
