Uhaul once again failed to deliver and let me pick up where I requested at one of your flag store locations. Instead you sent me to a dealer location, and it took me 45 mins to be able to drive away with the uhaul I rented. The location could not figure out how to give me the key that was locked in the box outside, I followed APP instructions but there was an issue inside the convenience store getting the key. I had to wait for the manager/owner to drive in and help me sort it out. Your APP was equally frustrating. Thanks for putting the entire pickup and get your Uhaul process on your customers. If I had another choice of truck rental (and I will look around next time) I would never use U-Haul services again I have never rented a truck from your company and not have some sort of issue. Horrible company. And I will share my experience with as many as I can and have done so already, great job Uhaul.

I have called U-Haul two times and I am still being overcharged by over $300 because this location, Sun Express in Jacksonville, FL) said that I had the truck for 7 days. Actually, I only had rented the truck for 6 hours and returned it the same day that I rented it. A manager from U-Haul is supposed to be calling me and I have been waiting for 3 days for this call, but so far no one has called me. This overcharge has caused my account to go into a negative status. In the future, I will be extremely cautious using U-Haul again.
