Closed on Saturday & Sunday. Seems like the busiest time. Online hours showed Mon - Fri, 10:00 - 4:30. Got there about 11:00 and was closed. Sign on door said call a number which we did. No one answered. Had to leave message. Ended up doing self-return. That was easy but not what I'm accustomed to. Leaves it too open to have a representative say all was not right instead of being there to inspect during the drop off.Victoria S.

Have the trucks checked out before customers get there. The truck I got sounded like the exhaust wasn't even on there and that was the only truck at the place. But they knew how many miles and how much gas was in itKenny B.

The Dolly to tow the car was hooked up wrong. It was hooked up when I arrived I decided not to use the Dolly to later in the day. He showed me how to hook it up for later use. Had I taken it when he hooked it up or later when I hooked it up may have lost the Dolly and my car. He was hooking chains wrong. When I came the next morning to pick the Dolly up, Mr smart ass regional manager did not strap down the right front wheel and I drove over 250 miles like that. These two situations could have causes some serious problem.Frank D.

No one was onsite when we arrived. Called the number several times and left a message. Had to call the 800 and have them track down the owner. The 800 number asked us to switch us to the Uhaul APP but couldn't get the lock box number. We waited an hour while paying 2 people who were assisting with the move. We were also overcharged...quoted $75 and added insurance $28 and offered us an extra day to return but we didn't need an extra day yet we apparently were charged for insurance for Friday 5/29.Zachary S.

The equipment was clean and well maintained except for how the vehicle ran. Several times I almost rear ended vehicles when I put my foot on the brake and the RP m's continued to climb almost to Red Line. I thought it was because of the cruise control but several times the cruise control was not even on and it happened. I was very happy with how the vehicle handled, Other than the engine revving, and the ease of loading and unloading will recommend to allTim B.

I chose to pick up my truck with the UHaul app. What a mistake. The app is HORRIBLE. Feel free to call me at 5028079339 to give you the details. With the app, it took me almost 20 minutes to drive away in my UHaul truck. Normally, having your representatives check me in takes about 5 minutes. As an IT professor, IT professional, and IT editor, I highly suggest you redo your app. Fortunately, I chose to turn my truck in to Matt, the manager of the UHaul rental. Matt's friendly and helpful attitude made up for all of the horribleness of the UHaul app. If you intend to have your app replace humans for check out and check in, you need to read the history of Circuit City who went out of business when they did not realize that people ARE your business. As a person who has rented over a dozen vehicles in the past 15 months, I can assure you that UHaul's friendly representatives are why many people return to UHaul. They establish a relationship with the customers, something that is missing in this Internet connected world. To be clear, Matt was AWESOME. The UHaul app was horrible..Terry K.

Don't call a person who has a reservation for four days and ask if the rental can be returned early. Not acceptable or professional. I also had a choice of four locations to drop off the trailer rental. Also, the records show that the trailer was dropped off this morning. That is false and incorrect. I dropped off the trailer yesterday at 2:55pm and was greeted by an employee asking me to hang out for a minute. There were other customers I believe. I waited fifteen to twenty minutes before someone showed up, who happened to be the location owner. He wanted me to unhook the trailer at first which was not acceptable, I paused briefly and the owner then offered to help. He asked about the condition of the trailer and asked if I had any problems. I said the trailer was great, operated great, and was clean. The owner was polite and friendly.Jason V.

I could not use the Uhaul.com site to drop off my keys and Van. The place was closed. So We called the number on the door and left a message and the person called us right back within 30 seconds. He walked ya through what neeed to be done and where to park the van. He was very kind and helpful and called us after hours. I was UBER Impressed. Thank you.Lynn H.

I rented a trailer was given 4 days to get to my destination for a certain amount I asked the people at the U-Haul at Fern Valley in Louisville Kentucky if I turned the trailer in before the four days is up is the rate cheaper I was told yes I would receive part of my money back so as soon as I got into Oklahoma City it was midnight on the next day it took me an hour and a half to get a drop off point and to get logged in so it was around 1 1:30 something like that to return the trailer several phone calls several attempts on the website couldn't get it to take the police showed up at the U-Haul place as I was trying to get the website to work for me because it took me so long to set there once I got a lady on the phone to just check it in I left went by later that day to get a receipt to check and see if I was charged less and was told no that the U-Haul on Fern Valley Road in Louisville Kentucky gave me the wrong information if I had known that I would not have been sitting there at midnight trying to turn the trailer in would not ever recommend Uhaul on Fern Valley Road in Louisville Kentucky again or would never use it again myselfMichael T.

Everything with the uhaul was good. We had a reservation at the pickup location at 10:30 am. At 10:20 I called the manager who said he would be there in 10 to 15 minutes, which would make him wait. At 10:45 he showed up and then continued to say how nice it was that all my information was filled out online. So i did his job for him and he didn't have the decency to be on time. I was disappointed in the total bill. I purchase the rental truck online, Was supposed to be a discounted. I was not given a discount at all. Also I rented truck for 29.95 and you billed me for 82.15, That is not what I agreed on. Also told me to fill to 3/4 fill with gas, I did, even went over, still charged me more money. I was very dissatisfied. Properly rent with Ryder next time, My family and friends used you all before and you all did a great job giving us a great rate. Maybe U-Haul is owned by New management, Very Unhappy.Linda H.

The man running the business flat out lied to me about the fuel level - he marked it "full" on the sheet, then when we were looking at the vehicle it was below that, and he told me that was as far as the gauge went. When I filled it up midway through our trip, imagine my surprise when I went 89 miles through the mountains with a full load to get down to the fuel level he said was "full".Margaret L F.

I have rented your trucks in a number of locations. The gentleman that waited on me could give a lesson on how to take care of a customer. He was knowledgeable and educated. I even asked him where he went to college...in some of your locations I would be concerned that such a question would/could offend. He gets a 10+++ rating from me, Dale CainDale C.
