The service was outstanding and super helpful. But the truck itself was in terrible shape. It was an older truck w over 113k miles on it and drove like it. Even Cousin Eddie would have been disappointed. The engine light came on as I drove away and stayed on the entire time I had it. The outside mirrors didn’t adjust up/down - probably rusted in place. Seats were ripped. Can’t believe UHaul has dropped so low.

Jim GIt took too long to set up pick up. When we picked it up it toook over one half hour to process paperwork. Using van was good but when we returned it took too long to close deal. We have used uhaul in the past and it never took that long to process.
