Make the electronic process a little less complicated. Also, what if I didn't know how to use the ap?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkKathy is wonderful! She is helpful and fun! She was so generous, I left with a bag of chocolates after pick-up & drop-off 😁
Lori MThe service was outstanding and super helpful. But the truck itself was in terrible shape. It was an older truck w over 113k miles on it and drove like it. Even Cousin Eddie would have been disappointed. The engine light came on as I drove away and stayed on the entire time I had it. The outside mirrors didn’t adjust up/down - probably rusted in place. Seats were ripped. Can’t believe UHaul has dropped so low.
Todd FNot much, keep up the good service.
