Was suppose to got it at 12:30 but no one was there. I was also told that I didn't have reservation for one, I showed her my reservation on my phone she still jumped in out somebody before me n gave them the one that I had reservations for. So I was stuck with what they had left. But I still didn't get it til 1sum. Then she stated that I need to make sure I bring it back because somebody gotta get it at 8amRoeisha B.

One ratchet on car tow dolly was missing its handle. Both ratchets were rusty and stiff and springs were a bit weak. Made the dolly difficult to use (although still usable safely). Other than this, equipment was in good shape and everything was clean.THOMAS S.

All of the locations are great. The U-Haul.com website and app are terrible for making changes. You can't change the drop off location on the website even though it gives you a page to do that. It also gives you a number to call if you need help doing that. The number provided is the wrong number to do that. They will then give you a different number to call.Patrick S.

I dropped off the Truck at 7:45pm 7/31 Saturday, after getting it same day at 11:15am. Receipt showed returned 8/2 - I was told returning it earlier than due would be a cheaper price. I was told gasoline would be charged at the going rate in the area, was over $5 a gallon, when local price was $2.64 The return U-Haul location was very disappointing price wise for both gas and time of return, and was not well marked to see from the road, or well kept. I would never return a U-Haul vehicle to this location, OR recommend it to anyone. U-HAUL is a great company, with clean and well functioning vehicles. But this location leaves a customer wondering why this one is even a location U-Haul would support to represent it, with another bigger clean looking location not too many miles from it on the highway instead of in town. I didn't see anyone there, but I feel like they just went through the motions and charged as much as they could without checking to see even when it was actually returned. Anyone using U-Haul from Batesville, be advised to use the OTHER U-Haul location.Mary P.

This location does not have sufficient space to be a Uhaul location as evidenced by EVERY single storage building being heavily dented by the trucks ATTEMPTING to turn around. It is daunting at best. The people are wonderful, but the parking lot is literally not big enough for cars, let alone 20 foot trucks.MICHAEL H.
