This is on U-Haul, not Lockwood Locksmith. I had a reservation for a 10' truck for over 2 weeks and had it set for a one-way. Instead, I got a call the day before that I would not be able to get a truck at the time I had requested 2 weeks beforehand and that the only truck available would be a much bigger one. Now I had to reschedule the help I had to help me move that day and find a way to drive the uhaul back to the location. It's always something with U-Haul reservations.

Trailer I rented had a major problem needs repaired or taken off the road
ANDREW CI left an awful experience at Southside Rental (where the others in the lobby were also having a bad time) and went directly to Lockwood Locksmith. I'm so glad I did! It was a pleasant interaction, they were knowledgeable and helpful, and using/returning the truck itself went flawlessly. I will recommend this location to everyone I know!
Emily mI had no issues with the pickup or drop off location. The problem was with the reservation system. The day before my rental, I got an email telling me that the original pickup place didn’t have a trailer, so I had to call to find another place. I was reserved to pickup at 8 am but the place didn’t open until 10 am. This caused significant complications for travel and timing for the rest of the day. Better communication from U-Haul would have been appreciated.

Denise ALockwood Locksmith people were very kind and helpful. However, corporate Uhaul moved our trailer pickup location without our consent and approval, and also didn't change the prior location on the App. I missed the text message that said they moved our pickup location (which was 1 hour away), but the location should have updated on the App as well if the new location was already solidified.

Jeffrey ETrucks brakes feel wore out pedal didn't feel right.. truck may need a tune up soon! I took photos of fuel level before leaving the parking lot. Put $7.00 in fuel before returning took photo and the levels match but got charged for 3 gallons of fuel. That doesn't seems right.. over all I liked the uhaul at switchyard best from using them last year. So yes I'm disappointed somewhat at this location.
