I didn't appreciate that there was a dolly and other equipment in the truck that I didn't order. The attendant said it was "Uhaul" not your location and said he could not take it out. He said to just "work around it." I don't think it's very forthright of a business. I didn't order the dolly (had multiple times to reserve it if I wanted it on the website) so I didn't appreciate it being in there. And the person at the shop telling me to work around it. Also, I asked for counter checkout and the attendent told me to just use the "app" because that's what you would make me do anyway. You should put on your site that you don't offer counter checkout if you don't want to check people out at your "counter"
Matt NThis is on U-Haul, not Lockwood Locksmith. I had a reservation for a 10' truck for over 2 weeks and had it set for a one-way. Instead, I got a call the day before that I would not be able to get a truck at the time I had requested 2 weeks beforehand and that the only truck available would be a much bigger one. Now I had to reschedule the help I had to help me move that day and find a way to drive the uhaul back to the location. It's always something with U-Haul reservations.

ANDREW CI left an awful experience at Southside Rental (where the others in the lobby were also having a bad time) and went directly to Lockwood Locksmith. I'm so glad I did! It was a pleasant interaction, they were knowledgeable and helpful, and using/returning the truck itself went flawlessly. I will recommend this location to everyone I know!
