The staff at the U-Haul location was very hospitable and friendly. However, the truck's steering felt a bit loose with delayed response, and it made a noise when turning.

Easy dropoff location. Parked truck and put keys in the box.
Christopher GAwful customer service. Waited five minutes inside waiting for someone with Fortnite on the computer. When they showed, the had no interest in helping and I had to spend near an hour trying to navigate the app myself and on call with a UHAUL representative. There were other people there too that all had their own complaints and many of us were on calls with Penske trying to switch to them in the middle of moving with UHAUL. Will never ever use UHAUL again.

Theresa HKeep doing what you're doing! The truck was immaculate and ready for me. I had one interaction with the young lady in the office, and she tried to help me get a dolly. (I hadn't requested it when I ordered the truck.) She was kind, professional, and helpful but was unable to fill my request. I always have great service from UHaul.
