They told me on a previous visit a couple of weeks ago that I could park in the back if I was only going to be a couple of hours. Did that’s couple of times with no problem. Tonight, I rented a van and was out less than two hours. They had my car towed. I am their customer and they towed my car. Who does that?

The manager was extremely kind and patient. However, I was not allowed to leave my car on the lot. I couldn’t take it home and Uber because I live 1.25 hours away. It was difficult to find a place to park on the street. I had to check in and check out using my phone and there were issues with that. The gas cap would not come off and I wasted time trying to fill the van up. Then, it wouldn’t allow me to check out with my phone and I had a meeting to go to. However, the manager was very kind in the midst of my frustration.
