CHAD SGreat customer service. Quickly received my trailer and was on my way. My only complaints are that the 5x8 trailer needed the rear door to be lubricated (very sticky and hard to open) and the rims were very rusty possibly being dangerous for long tows.

JAMES CI personally was not comfortable when after rerunning the vehicle filled with fuel, and presented my paperwork given at time of rental and told that "I dont need that, I will go over the truck and e-mail you the receipt, I have your card information". The final payment on the vehicle use should be done at the time the person who rented the vehicle is on the premises. By e -mailing the receipt you are leaving said person NO recourse to rebut any additional charges that may occur without them present.

When we were done, she even gave us a ride to the nearest Tim. Hortons, because we had to wait for our ride. She's a true gem!

MICHAEL MI rented a small unit to store linen, clothing and kitchen supplies for 2 months. When I picked up my belongings the were covered in mouse droppings and urine. The linen boxes were also full of little white bugs. I brought this to the attention of the office and was told it's par for the business. I had to rewash everything and lost a few items to the damage. This place is infested and the owner is aware and doesn't care. Never received a reply from an email I sent two months ago to recoup some of the damage. Would never use this storage place again.

VICTOR BWaited for over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle because it was not set up properly - had to call for assistance. I requested and paid for a dolly - was not on the truck. Tried to book a larger vehicle numerous times and nothing was available, even weeks in advance. Returned it hours earlier than expected and no money back.

GERALD BA JACK ATTACHED TO THE TONGUE OF THE TRAILER!!!!! Yes, I'm saying it loudly. We were unable to return the trailer after hours because two of us together couldn't lift the tongue off of the hitch.
CHERYL VEasy & convenient. The one complaint would be the suggested re-fill liter diagram based on fuel gauge has very small numbers which are hard to read in the dark.
