Have an actual office, and not an employee on site with a cellphone sitting inside a van because it's cold outside. This moving experience has been by far the worst I've experienced, and it was exacerbated by u-haul.Kaleman S.
Uhaul charged me extra just because the gas meter is broken and shows almost empty. Even if I filled $30 gas and provided all the proof to them. I'll excavate this over Facebook and make sure people now how bad Uhaul could be if they are not carefulAshish V.
When I arrived at the place nobody was there. I called one day before to confirm about the time (sunday at 8am) and I was informed it was going to be open from7:30am. I called several times to the number on the website and nobody answered and I was not alone - another man arrived for his rental as well. Nobody in the parking lot until 8:20am - a guy arrives complaining that UHAUL rentals is not his main business and that UHAUL dont pay him. Not professional and trustful at all. As a women that went there alone this i a sketchy situation. If I really didn't need the rental I would never have waited - but on Sunday early in the morning where could I find anything, right? Anyway, I won't rent at that location never again and I hope that the next time I need I have a better and positive experience. I'm open to talk about it if necessary. Thanks, EdnaEdna S.

Checked in online only to have to track someone down in an empty taxi yard. No front desk or anywhere visible to find someone They didn't have my reservation onsite Online check-in seemed pointless as I had to find someone for keys. Check in process took 45 minutesEmery C.

I am HORRIFIED by the experience and price combined. I wasn't able to go into an office at the time of claiming the rental van. The person in charge of that location (15 Florence St.) took phone calls during the sign in process inside the van itself which took up gas and my boyfriend had to wait outside. A few months ago I used UHaul for a move and I was only charge under $60 and I was able to go inside an actual office. I have another concern because last time I was able to have my boyfriend's license (he was the one driving the vehicle) under my name in the contract. This time the manager said he needed a secondary contact but he actually put my boyfriend's name ONLY in the actual contract. This is UNPROFESSIONAL And If I do not get compensated for this I will take further steps to make sure this doesn't happen again as I've been abused by your service beforeKEVINBORGES D.

The uhaul app was difficult to navigate - I had to call uhaul customer service while I was at the location to figure out how to sign in. But Loo himself was really wonderful and, other than the technology, it was a great experience.Catherine F.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the self check-in and a UHaul representative â€œAlexisâ€. I took screen shots of our conversation in case you would like to see. I had signed up, had my Ontario Driver's license and credit card with me. I'm standing in a freezing cold parking lot and Alexis is telling me she needs a â€œlease agreementâ€ â€œpictures of my passportâ€ â€œ2 contacts to callâ€ etc. She called my parents and my mother said she was incredibly rude over the phone and hung up on her after confirming she was my mother. She then ended our online chat in the middle of the conversation. I was 45 minutes late getting back to my condo and am only allowed to reserve the elevator for 2 hrs which caused a rushed and stressful move. Terrible self-check in experience. Thankfully Loos was at the parking lot and was able to help me and do the check in for me. Our move would have been a disaster without him. He was so helpful and friendly.Marcus W.

The online registration / check in was a nightmare. I dont know if the system was down but I was asked to submit my drivers license picture over 5 times and then I needed assistance from Loo anyways which made the whole online process seem pointless. Otherwise fine.Pavils H.
