George WPaid for insurance which was $15 he didn’t mention the other type of insurance case it got stuck I got stuck for a few days how to get it out I end up calling the company they said $500 so I had to end up getting it pulled out myself tried to call the store to tell them that the latch broke the guy end up coming out to the house he was really rude when I told him that I tried to call him he didn’t believe me he had a rude laugh Then I grabbed my phone and showed him where I called him he said he didn’t see it but I called it and I showed him the proof I didn’t get apology or anything it made me seem like I was lying whenever I was telling the truth and then he made me pay for the insurance was $15 but didn’t mention pay the other insurance and got me to rent the vehicle longer than I expected it because only supposed to had it for a day and it got stuck I really don’t believe that I should be allowable whenever I wasn’t out

Suresh KDrivers side windshield wiper does not wipe well on lower portion. Drivers cup holder is broken, allowing cup to fall out.
Dwayne SI was over-charged for mileage used and I wasn't shown where gas tank was to refill the small amount of gas I used for local transport. The manager was rude when this was brought to his attention.

Noel TYes/No answers are difficult. So i) the van was in good condition but not super clean inside; ii) service at the location is excellent if in-person is what you want; iii) the app refuses to recognize the location for pickup or dropoff. I had to wait 45 minutes because app didn't like location.

Joseph DOnly issue is the locate was to be open but it was not. So I unhooked trailer and put furniture pads inside that I didn’t use. Tried calling three times with no call back so I e mailed. Put time returned contract took pictures on phone . Put my contract in return box.

James MNobody on site at 2pm on a Thursday. The app quit working as I was trying to take pictures of the vehicle. It would have been nice to have someone there to verify everything. The lot was made of dirt, uneven. Not great

ELGIN WGreat gentleman checked me in was awesome. Location is the only location open on a Sunday was great! Turn in process took 5 minutes. The best place!
Paul CThe lot was muddy due to a huge storm the night before. Nothing that they had any control over. Might consider paving or putting in more gravel. It is located just off the square, which is a fantastic location. My only concern is the ramp. It is bowed and doesn't look like it can hold much weight. Really needs to be replaced with steps or a sturdier ramp.

Robert PReplenish South Florida with trailers. Very scarce stock had to travel to another town to get one. Also had to travel to another town for drop off due to too many trailers in Hiawassee, GA. Your prices have doubled from last year and making more inconvenient for the customesr in the Florida area.

Joe GThe equipment surge system was inoperable and for the entire 655 mile drive, each stop the unit banged loudly and caused the truck to move and each time we started the surge system banged again, which was especially distracting and dangerous with all the stop and go traffic through Atlanta and north.
