Very organized and helpful. Tony made sure everything with the trailer was hooked up correctly and ready for travels.
Lower the price of equipment insurance. The insurance was going to cost more than 30 percent of my rental fee. I would have liked to purchase the insurance but not for this price.
My pickup location was changed a few days before I was supposed to get it. It was moved to a town 30 minutes away from the other location.

Well for some reason the chains on the driver side for the pivot on the trailer kept coming off 15 to 20 times I got pulled over by dps and giving a warning the hook broke off had to buy a bolt 2 nuts 2 washers to hold the chain inplace

I had to drive 30 minutes to get the trailer because my town did not have one available. They sold me a used hitch they pulled off of a truck that they were fixing. I didnt get a coupon for storage.
There was a problem with the system, which I can't quite explain, but I was allowed to have a dolly and moving blankets free of charge. I felt like this was a job well done to satisfy a customer.
When you assure your customer of a particular rate adjustment, you should do it. Be up front if you cannot make changes that you have promised.

My original confirmed reservation was for a location closer to my house, and for a much smaller vehicle. I wasn't contacted until several days later to be notified that I my original location was closed, and that I'd be getting a 26 ft truck (rather than a cargo van); although I was given the rental price for the cargo van, I was still forced to pay for 20+ extra miles because the new location was much farther away. The people at the new location were friendly and professional; the people I worked with at the regional office were less so.
It was all good.
On returning the truck it was snowy and the truck was stuck on a hill across the street from this location....I walked over and asked if they could help me get help and was told no....I was on my own...It cost me $125.00 to have this truck pullled 2 feet from the hill....come to find out later that since I had purchased the insurance I would have not to pay this extra money....the person who owns this place was not willing to help in any way and because he did not have a understanding of your policies ending up costing me quite a bit more money.
