You should have cruise control on all vehicles when driving a long trip on the highway it is necessary because there is no foot room to pull your legs back and relax without coming off the gas. I would gladly sacrifice 6 inches of storage in the van for 6 inches of cab room there is no legroom and the seats do not recline very uncomfortable over a long periodDOUG E.

Frank Mason and his crew were great. The only issue was getting the trailer on and off the ball of our SUV. It would have been impossible with one person due to the weight of the trailer and lack of jack to lift it off the ball. We think the trailer should come with a jack or it should be recommended to the customer to have one available.James L.
Get a new uhaul franchisee. The owner of this place was obnoxious gave us an attitude for not folding the blankets and then he made my 65-year-old uncle fold all the blankets in front of him when we return them. we didn't even want the blankets and then I brought the truck back with the same amount of gas I took it with and they charge me for gas and had a huge argument in the parking lot with me I would never recommend this place and the person that owns it was the person I was dealing with he needs a serious attitude adjustment I've rented U-Haul trucks from many places this is by far the most unprofessional I have ever seenthomas T.
The tire blew out while we were driving. Certainly not anyone's fault necessarily but better monitoring and maintenance may have eliminated the problem for us.ALISA M.

The place where I rented from was not where the equipment was stored. Had to go where it was stored , hook up and go back to where I paid to make sure I hooked it up correctly. Very disappointed in the whole process. I must add the women that did the transaction was very polite and proper she is a good asset for your company. In all fairness I was in a rush and on a time crunch other wise the back and forth would not have had been a problem.jim W.

The truck was off site. I had no idea and was lucky my wife hadn't left the parking lot so I could get a ride. Rented a dolly, which I had to place in my car. The instructions to identify the truck in this remote lot were poor. Took me sometime to find the right truck. The radio didn't work. The cargo area was dirty. Recommend explaining how to use the latch for trailer door. Ours jammed. We had to drive to the dealership with the door open, while full of furniture, in order for them to fix the door using a crowbar. I had called u-haul roadside service but they couldn't get us help for nearly four hours. We couldn't wait that long. Customer service said this happens frequently. It is a common service call. Very upsetting.Alice R.

This location claimed they did not accept online orders, and wanted to see my ID and credit card even though I had just gone through the online process and has my credit card entered. When I walked over to get the key the employee was outside smoking in front of the door so I had to walk through her smoke. Very unprofessional. Then she got an attitude when I said I had already done everything online. She said â€œwell we do t accept that hereâ€. After pulling up my order online she saw I had packing blankets. She said I was lucky she had some because she had no idea I was coming. She also said â€œ I hope they put you in the right truck, because only one can be one wayâ€. She said I was lucky the right truck was picked. Overall very unprofessional. The fact they do t accept online orders should be addressed.Bill D.

Pick up location had significant technical problems processing my pick-up in their computer system. I received several emails and texts from Uhaul recommending on-line check-in. I did the on-line check-in and pre-payment as recommended yet my check-in at the location was delayed by about 20 minutes due to problems they had processing my pick-up in their computer. They also could not process my pick-up without me making a payment their even though they agreed I had already pre-paid. In order to get my trailer I was told I had to pay again and then call Uhaul to get my double-payment corrected. Otherwise the people were very nice and were very apologetic about their computer issues.Todd G.

Both wheels on the trailer had damage and one of the wheels lost its tread while in route. This seems like maintenance neglect. However, I am not sure it is really the sole fault of the pick up location because the trailers probably rotate through locations. Overall, the location was courteous, helpful and convenient, and I would recommend them.Derek J.

When I picked up the truck in the morning there was debris in the back and used cups in the cab. Upon my return the clerk told me that I had to sweep out the back since it wasn't clean then accused me of causing damage to the roof. I informed him of the unacceptable condition of the truck when I picked it up and stated that clearly the truck had not been inspected upon the return from the previous renter(s). I would not recommend this location.James P.

The address stated on the numerous confirmation emails for picking up the UHaul may NOT be where customers eventually need to go to get the truck (the actual truck was parked more than a mile away). So, notify customers they might need a ride between locations. Additionally, be sure to make the contract check-out time as promised (mine was a full hour earlier, making the return deadline earlier also).Ann C.
