I will never go anywhere else BUT to Angel's U-Haul! She was AMAZING!!!! From the phone call to make the reservation until I brought the truck back.... Easy peazy. She's got customer service down for sure! I would like to add.... While I was there, there was also an extremely rude customer, who I see left an incredibly inaccurate review before me. I feel inclined to let other customers know .. THAT IS NOT AT ALL HOW THE STORY HAPPENED. The man was the rude one, not Ms Angel. Angel also gave the man very clear instructions on where to park and how to get there. Which the directions were not really needed as they are very obvious to anyone with eyes. Not only did he park right in the middle of the road , the man started to aggressively drive the large truck into the neighbors yard.. And over their septic tank!!!! All Angel did was try to get him to stop before he caused some serious damage to truck and to the neighbors septic tank, which is a very costly repair. She acted accordingly, not like an "unhinged" person as the man claimed... And another thing.... It was the man's wife who was screaming that he doesn't listen!! Not Angel. Lol . He was the ONLY rude one. He was very aggressive and screaming at a woman. I stayed there until she kindly asked him to leave (after he got irate when she told him he's get his paper work in his email )Just to make sure the man didn't physically attempt to assault her.... That's how aggressive he was being. His review is not true at all. So please, know that the truth is that Ms.Angel is very bubbly, very sweet and goes above and beyond to help her customers, as she did for me. I'd recommend her to anyone! I'll be her customer from here on out!

Woman running the place was vague in her directions as to where and how to park the 26’ truck so with the vague directions she gave I proceeded to park the truck at which time she barged out of her home/office yelling at myself and my wife stating I don’t listen at which time she told me to get out of the truck , she then aggressively parked the truck and locked it , when I asked her to let me take pictures of gas level and mileage , she refused all the while yelling and talking over me stating I don’t listen so loud my wife could hear her from inside her car 40 feet away which prompted a yelling response from me . She then kicked me off the property with no paperwork . The woman running that U-Haul is unhinged and should not be dealing with customers !! I have never in my life dealt with such a volatile nasty person and hopefully never will again ?!

JEFFREY SThis location is in someone’s yard in a neighborhood. There was no office where you could see information about the product, rent moving blankets, dolleys, or othet accessories. We did the entire transaction outdoors on the attendant’s cell phone, so I couldn’t read through forms or see what I was signing. The attendant seemed to not know much about the products. I was stuck hooking up a very heavy trailer myself because it was far too heavy for the attendant to lift. Also, she asked me multiple times if I wanted coverage and I said no, and I just got my receipt and I got charged $32 for safe tow. I need that to be refunded ASAP please.
